Users needed more trust, that precursor was more control
Early feedback showed that some specific co-pilot flows were just too autonomous, with compliance and auditing not being addressed enough. We introduced more human controls with remedial measures, anomaly-detection and graceful friction.

Extensive user testing and behavioural research in collaboration with the Sage UXR team gave us the insight that our target users (3rd-party developers leveraging Sage data and API's) did not take to chat-style interaction (from prior negative consumer experiences across banking and utilities).
They also had strong views on raising support tickets, speed of environment resource/key provisioning and system objects (Projects, Folders, Clients, Apps).
